RULES AND TERMS:

1. Durations:
Feature film. More than 60 minutes.
Short Film / Series / TV Pilot: maximum 60 minutes.
Short script: up to 30 pages.
Screenplay Feature film up to 150 pages
Documentary: Unlimited.
Unlimited year of production.

2. We accept all languages. If the film is not in English, we will need English or Spanish subtitles.

3. Costa Brava Film Fest may use samples of their work in a promotional way for the festival. Never commercially (maximum 1 minute).

4. Costa Brava Film Fest is not responsible for copyright violations. The participant declares and guarantees that he has all the copyright and that he does not violate any norm.

5. No fee exemption. The same rules for all. Registration fees are non-refundable after your project has been reviewed.

6. Our live event is free so that the maximum audience can attend. The festival does not pay exhibition fees. At the live festival we screened the winner of Best Short Film, Best Trailer, Best Video Clip and Best Feature Film.

7. Our goal is to promote your work. By registering, you agree that we may information about your project to distributors and festivals to promote your work.

8. The organizers reserve the rights to change, cancel or reschedule dates, venue, awards and categories without consent.

9. You must have your project updated on FilmFreeway, if your link does not work, you change your password or we cannot access your project, we are very sorry but your project will be disqualified. We do not work with external links, we only work through the projects uploaded on FilmFreeway.
